  • one-to-one yoga therapy sessions to support team members through challenging times

  • group workshops on topics such as ‘yoga at your desk’, ‘breathing techniques for stress’ or ‘deep relaxation & sound therapy’

  • regular classes before work, at lunchtime or after work

  • online via zoom or in-person in south or central London
