Community Wellbeing

One of my biggest passions is taking yoga out of the traditional studio setting and into the community. I always aim to offer the practice in a way that is inclusive, as I truly believe that everyone should be able to access the benefits of yoga.

I have been fortunate enough to share in community settings:

  • beginner’s yoga courses, weekly classes, yoga for mental & physical health and breath workshops for women

  • mat yoga & chair yoga classes for over-55s

  • yoga & relaxation sessions for parents

  • yoga workshops for young adults leaving the care system

  • yoga & sound therapy for adults with learning disabilities
