Retreats & Events
I offer retreats and wellbeing experiences in collaboration with other fantastic facilitators, designed as a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself. These gatherings generally weave together movement, breathwork, meditation, deep rest and reflective practices, creating an environment where you can slow down, reconnect and restore. Whether part of a festival, a one-day event or a longer retreat, these spaces are held with intention. Offering both grounding and expansion, and an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself in a supportive and nurturing setting.

Community Wellbeing
Community is at the heart of my work. I am deeply passionate about making yoga and wellbeing practices accessible beyond traditional studio spaces, offering inclusive sessions that meet people where they are. I have experience working across a wide range of community settings - including supporting mental health, trauma recovery, older adults, parents, young people and those with additional needs - always with a focus on creating safe, welcoming and empowering spaces.

Courses & Workshops
My courses and workshops offer a space to explore specific themes in more depth, combining practical tools with space for reflection and integration. These sessions may focus on areas such as nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety, women’s health, or building a sustainable personal practice. Blending movement, breathwork, meditation and self-enquiry, each offering is designed to support meaningful, lasting shifts - not just in how you feel, but in how you relate to yourself and your life.

Workplace Wellbeing
I offer workplace wellbeing sessions to support individuals and teams in navigating stress, improving focus and cultivating a healthier relationship with work. These sessions can include movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation practices, all tailored to the needs of your team. With a focus on nervous system regulation and sustainable wellbeing, my approach supports not only productivity, but also resilience, clarity and a greater sense of balance within the workplace.
